General conditions for using the website
ANALYTICAL Highway Safety Code

By accessing and/or using the ANALYTICAL Highway Safety Code (HSC) website (hereinafter called "the Site"), any user tacitly and unreservedly agrees to these terms of use for the said Site.
Access to the version and period of your subscription
To access the analytical HSC online, all users must sign up for a subscription individually at the site: www.csranalytique.ca. (hyperlien anglais ?)
Once you have created your account, you will be able to take advantage of a twelve- (12-) month subscription period, calculated from the date of purchase.
Price and terms of payment
The cost of an individual subscription is $245 for twelve (12) months. Volume discounts apply when multiple licenses are purchased. Please refer to the following table.

Prices are in Canadian dollars and taxes apply to the sales price. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Termination and refund of subscription
Unless stated otherwise at the time you place your order, there will be no refund for any subscriptions to the ANALYTICAL Highway Safety Code website.
Update of contents
This Site is updated on a regular and continuous basis. Updates occur automatically at any time and without warning.
Password protection
By signing up for this 12-month subscription, I agree not to reveal my password to any third party. I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for the use of my password and I agree to take the necessary measures with respect to its use to maintain its confidentiality. I pledge to notify Les Éditions S.R. immediately of any unauthorized use of my password. I acknowledge that Les Éditions S.R. may terminate or suspend my subscription straightaway should a fraudulent use occur during the subscription period if my password has been disclosed to a third party.
Intellectual property
The Site and each of its components, including texts, articles, images, illustrations, photographs, databases, and the software (hereinafter referred to as the Elements of Intellectual Property), are protected by intellectual property law.
Total or partial reproduction of the Elements of Intellectual Property is prohibited.
Users are authorized to only temporarily display the pages of the Site on their screens, and to only temporarily reproduce the Elements of Intellectual Property of the Site for the sole purpose of consultation.
Users shall not: Incorporate any part of the Site into other programs; compile any part of it in combination with other programs, or copy the contents thereof in any manner; modify, distribute or create derivative works of the Site; assign any rights therein or license it in whole or in part. This Site is the property of Les Éditions S.R. and is protected by the Copyright Act, R.S.C. (1985), c. C-42.
Users are authorized to reproduce short quotes from the Site, provided that the following are clearly stated: the origin of the document and the title of the document cited or the page cited.

Governing laws
The interpretation and implementation of these general terms and conditions of sale, as well as all subsequent acts, shall be subject to the laws of the Province of Québec. Any dispute relating to these commercial conditions will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of the province of Québec.
